The above item recently sold on eBay as coming from 4/22/1922 Billboard, however not sure it is from The Billboard.

Nice Joe! You’re right. That eBay page doesn’t match your Billboard copy. Doesn’t appear to be a Billboard page. The address of Houdini’s Manhattan office at the bottom shows he was renting an office for his movie business. I wonder who worked there and managed it.
The Houdini Picture Corporation and Mystery Pictures Corporation used that address. The office was on the 18th floor of the Candler Building room 1802. Harry H Poppe was Secretary and Treasurer.
Thank you for that nugget of information! Never heard of Mr. Poppe. Another name that never made it into the biographies. That Manhattan office doesn’t get a mention either. The nuts and bolts side of Houdini’s film business in biographies never gets beyond the development lab in Hoboken. Pardon the pun.
