I became a member of the Houdini Historical Center in 1995 and was fortunate enough to visit the Houdini Historical Center Museum in Appleton Wisconsin in 1998, where I picked up some of the many items found in their catalog.
Thought it would be fun to share pages from the catalog over a series of posts, along with the catalog items in my collection.

Catalog items in HHCE Collection:
Ah–videotapes. I have a few boxes filled with them. The subjects vary like documentaries, magic instruction, and movies. I still have the original release of Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back on videotape. Lucas has subsequently tampered so much with these films, that the original version as it was released in 1977 isn’t available on tape or DVD. That original Star Wars tape in my cardboard box has become a kind of Holy Grail.
I love this idea. And some important tapes there. These were how I first saw The Mastery Mystery and Terror Island.
